Hello all,
at my work i have to log my hours into a web-based system.... occasionally (for days on end) i forget to log these and when you try to remember what u did on the computer 3 days, it becomes a little hard.

I googled (with not much luck really) for a peice of software that runs in the background of your system and tracks how you spend your time.

i could only find examples of tracking software, that you had to load a program or porject through it.

anyone heard/kno of what im talking about ????
thanks all

looks pretty close. But that looks like it only time ur internet usuage.
What i was lookign for for example was:
at the ened of day have a total of what you've been working on:
1. Photoshop (2 hrs)
2. Homesite (4 hrs)
3. Internet (2 hrs)
4. Word etc

maybe even more detail would be good, but only somethign that simple would be sufficient

what about comercial spyware (not trojan related)

what companies use to spy on there employees (activity monitors)

im just guessing..

I have to make do with a spreadsheet which i fill in daily and use outlook to remind me to fill it in
