I want to create a basic html page with a list of song titles, and link them to mp3's to open in a new br window. How do I make a playlist out of a basic html page?

I am using the "open browser window " behavior, and I own the rights to the songs. On my computers, the behavior opens a small window, and imediately plays with wmplayer.
Can you recomend a good system for writing and updating with html or
dhtml? it is the last chalenge of my project. thanks you guys!

CoffeeCup software has just released a new software package called JukeBox

It creates the HTML for you and wraps it in a flash package so that people visiting your site can't download your music, only listen to it.

To see one in action visit
http://www.brokenmonkey.org/music/music.htm

(Broken Monkey has permission to use the music on their pages also)

yeah web jukebox is cool! I use it myself and it is so easy.
Select your mp3 files, select a player and save.. that's it and all the work is done for you at the save.
swf file is created.
html file is created.
xml play list is created.

When you get more tracks to add you do not need to redo it all again, just add the file and name to the xml file and upload the mp3 and walla. So simple.
