Hi. I am trying to put a 1px border for all my cells in a nested table using css. it refuses to show up... I cannot figure out what could possibly be wrong.

background-position: center center;
text-align: center;

apply a class to the TABLE tag instead of on your TR tag.
Then use this code

table.yourclassname {
border: 1px solid #000;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
table.yourclassname td {
border: 1px solid #000;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
