I need help with placing a swf file in a html document. This is how the code looks like:

<div
style="
width: px;
height: px;
top: 600;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
z-index: 1;
visibility: show;">
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="510" height="461" title="start">
<param name="movie" value="outland.swf">
<param name="quality" value="high">
<embed src="outland.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="613" height="441"></embed>
</object>
</div>

So the problem is, even if the position is set to ''top: 600;'' it dosen't have any effect on the acual flash-file. The file is just stuck top left corner.

Can somebody please tell me how to position flash in html, THANKS!

I have now changed the code to this:

<div
style="
width: 613px;
height: 441px;
top: 600;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
z-index: 1;
visibility: show;">
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="510" height="461" title="start">
<param name="movie" value="outland.swf">
<param name="quality" value="high">
<embed src="outland.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="613" height="441"></embed>
</object>
</div>

Now the width and hight got a value, but the positioning (top: 600; ) dosen't work. That's my problem, can you please tell me how to position it 600px from the top.

thanks for the reply!
