When I check a few of the search engines under my company name it shows up, but the info and link is for the contact us page and not for the index page in which I have the meta tags listed. How would I go about fixing this in my code. Also a couple of my pages show up with %20us in the url. I've searched all through my code and not sure why it comes up with this...Any ideas?

-Forget about your meta tags, they won't do anything in the major search engines.
-Make sure your company name is inside the TITLE tag of your homepage, and that you've mentioned the name of your company in the text and headers on the same page.
-%20 is a space. You should rename your files to make sure there's no spaces in the.

All HTML pages need to have a title tag within the head area of your code:
<title>This is your title</title>
