How do or can I design a page that fits and adjusts to the users resolution, when I viewed a page on my PC it was fine but when viewed on another PC running at a much higher resolution all the data and images etc move to the top of the screen, can you design so that it resizes to the resolution?

I watched the VTM movie of the control tables and I made a 100% table and made a 2 cell table inside of tha,t one for the text menu on the left and one for the images and more text to go in the right hand cell

The problem that I seen to be having is when I try to add text or images or another table at the top in the right hand cell it appears at the bottom, how do you insert another table or images at the top?

See code

When you've put the cursor inside a tablecell, there should be a valign (vertical alignment, it's middle by default) property on your properties window.

Thats ok but when I put a list of text in the 1st cell the text or image in the next cell aligns at the botton not the top

Use the valign property in each td you want to change aligment on. Just repeat the procedure on the other cell.
