Hi. I had a problem connecting to my web's SQL(cpanel). But it fails everytime I try to connect, is there a better way connecting?

I take it you are connecting to your hoster then.

I suggest that you watch this (http://www.webthings.org/vtm/dwc/test_server/) then.

nope, im still confused, Ive put the right thing into that, but it wouldnt work. Here's the result:

HTTP Error code 404 file not found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:

1) There is no testing server running on the server machine.

:: I have FTP

2) The testing server specified for this site does not map to the http://domain.com/public_html/_mmServerScripts/MMHHTPDB.php URL. Verify that the URL Prefix maps to the root of the site.

:: I can see the "_mmServerScripts" folder using my ftp. Public_html is the root folder of the doc, is it becuz of it's cpanel or anything else?

No nothing to do with cpanel. This is what I call 'annoying dw bug'.
Ok first make sure that you have the host path correct. It will be something like:
/home/user_name/public_html/site_folder. If this is incorrect then the files will not upload to the correct location and the testing server will not see that file it is asking about. Ask your hoster the path if you are not sure.
Also make sure that your testing server URL does not have the host path as part of the URL as that will fail it also.
Most important, make sure that your hoster does infact support php/mysql.
