Hello, I am new to dreamweaver and have gone through the video tutorials. However I am creating a complex framed frontpage and this problem is killing me.

The webpage that is similar to mine is

http://www.nike.com/nikerunning/usa/home.j...ref=global_home ('http://www.nike.com/nikerunning/usa/home.jhtml?ref=global_home')

what you see in this Nike webpage is that when you minimize the window...the main Nike rectangular block retain it's size. It does not shrink.

I am trying to do the same thing except that when I minimize my window...the square box compresses on itself (by the border around it) it does not retain its original size.

There are about 7 frames in total and so it gets complicated. I tried filling i different numbers and making one side xx/pixels and 1/relative.... and I've also tried using percentages but nothing works. There has got to be an easy way.

Here is my webpage rough. Notice that the frame chances and compresses...how do I stop this compression?

This is also a pic of my frame setup...

notice the amout of frames i have (7). Is this the best way to construct something like this?

Can I use tables and have the same effect?...although I do want that vertical scrolling feature. (how do I get rid of the horizontal scroll?)

You could use a css scroller like rj's (http://www.dreamweaverclub.com/css-scroller.php) <<link
