Hello all,

I have a client who is in love with the media player that msnbc uses. It has everything from advertisments on the side to thumbnails at the bottom with the option to add them to a play list. The Media player expands the width of the page with info on the info bar that I never knew could be displayed. Does anyone out there know how to change the normal perameters to display this info as well as the infor next to the actual video? Sample of this can be seen at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3096434/ ('http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3096434/') and just click on any of the videos.
Thanks

its dynamicaly created using

<object width="340" height="290" as screen size and javascript using the DOM to draw and fire controls

looking at the src this looks quite advanced.

Ya I thought as much. Well there are other options other than this and I suppose I could always go the Flash rout. Thanks though.

i think the flash method is much better anyway than sticking in a Media player

you have far more control over it
