open one page of your site in dreamweaver

press ctrl + F

// change the banner image

set find in to entire local site

do a Find on <img src="images/banner.jpg"*

do a Replace with <img src="images/banner2.jpg"

click ok

if the site is that big then you should think about setting images and banners using CSS

If you don't have the means or knowledge to make a dynamic website, then Dreamweavers Template system is a great way to make sure your website is consistent and that updating common areas can be done in minutes.

It should be pretty well documented in the manual, and Macromedia has a great section on their website if you're like me, who doesn't like reading manuals ;)
