My site has been stolen five times - no, not parts - the whole thing - downloaded on their computers/servers and uploaded to their sites then calling it their own.

i stumbled upon it and im sure you all agree. ITS A MASTER PIECE. In fact im in two minds to steal it my self ('http://www.lvstriphistory.com/ie/')

so who has been steeling his site and calling it your own work? come on, own up!

just going through some old posts and this one drew my attention

these are the awards this guy has been awarded for that site ('http://www.lvstriphistory.com/ie/awards.htm')

it kinda draws you in just because of how naff it is

do you think these awards were self-awarded

Unfortunately he probably got those awards the real way :-/

Back then it was known as a marketing stragegy to create some kind of Award, so people would display your graphic aloing with a link to your site. And all people would have to do to get one, was to apply, because you wanted your award/link on as many pages as possible... You can see half og the awards are from sept. 1999. he probably applied to a bunch of them right then ;)

Awards.. LOL what do they mean anyway. To me they are just another advert for someone elses site.
I have had some offered to me in the past and just said, no thanks.
