I am new to Dreamweaver, and have a template with an "intro" which was created in Fireworks so that the title and photos can be changed. I am able to edit the file in Fireworks, however in dreamweaver each object has been converted to a GIF of JPEG file. How do I replace the original "intro" with the new one. Do I have to convert all the different boxes within the Fireworks file to GIF and JPEG files, and if so how do I do that. Can anyone please help me, I am trying to learn. Thank you in advance for any help. By the way the free template I am using is the photographer template offered by Macromedia and I have Dreamweaver MX 2004.

In fireworks when you have all your new artwork in place, turn on slicing and make sure it all fits within the pre-defined slices or adjust the slices.

Then you "export" your slices. This creates all the jpg/gif files for you automatically and overwrites the original files with your new ones.
