There is not quick fix, you have to learn how to build pages not tied up to a specific browser size :) A couple of tutorials (not on this site though :( ) should help you :)

Patty is well known around the Macromdeia forums so read this article at patty's site. the article is four pages:

http://www.thepattysite.com/window_sizes1.cfm ('http://www.thepattysite.com/window_sizes1.cfm')

Good luck!

Pay special attention what she says about resolution; this is NOT a resolution issue:
Nope - the issue is not monitor resolution, either
If everyone kept their browser window maximized all the time, it would be a lot easier to address this problem. Monitor resolutions are limited to a certain set of options on most systems: 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 1,024 x 768, 1,280 x 1,024, etc.; if windows were always maximized, we'd have a limited, predictable set of window sizes to deal with. But this is not the case, so the target we're aiming for is not a set of monitor resolution settings either. Webpages are dynamic, they present data on different plattforms, monitors, handhelds, braille browsers, printed copies etc.
