for some reason when i preview any html page with an image on it, the image doesn't display. This seems extremely odd since this just started happening this afternoon. All morning I was working on my page, saving, previewing...with no problems.

Now, even if i create a whole new page. Typed text previews fine, but any graphic I install doesn't appear. What does appear is a box where the picture should be shown.

Any ideas?

Make sure your image is in your defined site folder!

Check your browser options to make sure you did not turn off "show images"

I've checked both of those suggestions and all are checking out OK. I haven't moved anything around, use the same steps that worked fine 3 days ago and when I publish the page you can see all the images I've layered for the nav bar. All of the files on my local site and remote ftp match up perfectly.

So it running, but not previewing properly.

I haven't made any changed to the internet options within my IE browser.

Basically this all started happening after I created a page with an applet on it. Every since, the images don't preview. I'm not sure if there is any correlation.

Take the applet off and see if it makes a difference? If it doesn't then thats got rid of one potential issue...

It would also help if you could send us the link to the page in questions.
