View Full Version : CSS Footer in Template

I am trying to apply a CSS style to a footer that will be used in a template.

I have done this in the template (used to control link color in the footer but not the body), but when I create a page based on the template, the style is not applied to the footer.

Any ideas?

Without some code or URL it's going to be hard :)
Look in other posts as well about footer issues.

I have an initial rough-out of the page at Palmcroft Baptist Church ('http://www.palmcroft.com/testsite/index.shtm'). The footer links appeared white on the template (using a '.footer a:link' css style) but revert to the page properties link format when the template is applied to a page.

you are linking to a stylesheet that is in this position http://www.palmcroft.com/testsite/pbc.css ('http://www.palmcroft.com/testsite/pbc.css')
there is no stylesheet there, that is the problem.

Thank you! I added the pbc.css file to the root directory and it worked great! DW had placed it in the Templates directory. Now I just have to change the visited links as well.
