Does anyone have a suggestion for the easiest way for me to put my company's job listing on the website?

Could I use a basic excel spreedsheat or access database?

And if so, how could I do that?

Thank you,

Mike

To have dynamic content (content that can be changed) on your website you need to use server side scripting. This is available in different flavors

1. ASP/ASP.NET - On a windows server - Usually Access / MSSQL databases
2. PHP/JSP - Usually on a Linux server - Ususally MySQL databases
3. Coldfusion - on a coldfusion server - Usually Access / MSSQL databases

You would need to ask your host first which server your site is hosted on and which scripting language is supported. Also you would have to ask which database packege is supported.

Dreamweaver supports all the scripting languages mentioned above and includes predefined server behaviors to achieve something like a simple job listing page
