If people view the page with the browser set at anything BUT fullscreen then all the frames mess up. Its part of a frameset. Can anybody help me??

I viewed this page in both IE and Firefox, and saw no problems with frames messing up. However, I didn't look at the HTML for problems.

By the way, you should specify a background color for the page (probably white in this case), else it defaults to whatever color the user has set up. Since the default background color for most browsers is white, this can easily go unnoticed. I suggest you set the default background color in your browser to some wierd color so you can tell when the background color is not specified.

Your top frame is too short, need to add some more heighth. Set your frames like this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">

<title>Boost Natural Fitness</title><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"></head>

<frameset rows="103,236" cols="*"><frame src="boost_files/navi.htm" name="top" id="top" border="0" marginwidth="0" noresize="noresize" marginheight="0" spacing="0" frameborder="no" framespacing="0" scrolling="no"><frameset rows="412,7" cols="*" frameborder="no"><frameset rows="*" cols="130,878" frameborder="no"><frame src="boost_files/middle.htm" name="pics" noresize="noresize" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" id="pics" scrolling="no"><frame src="boost_files/text.htm" name="info" id="info" noresize="noresize" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" border="0" spacing="0" framespacing="0"></frameset><frame src="boost_files/constantphotos.htm" name="bottom" id="bottom"></frameset></frameset>
